Terms of Service

WHAT TO EXPECT
_{▸ I’ll send a rough sketch for your approval. You can suggest major changes (ie color, posture or other adjustments). Any major changes after sketch approval will incur additional charges.
▸ I'll send weekly email updates. Finished product will be a PNG (3500 pixels max) of watermarked and unmarked versions.}

RIGHTS
_{▸ The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
▸ If you wish to show the artwork online, please use the watermarked version and properly credit me.
▸ I am allowed to show the commission and content related to it publicly (ie. process shots, video timelapse, etc…), unless otherwise agreed between us.}

PAYMENT
_{▸ PayPal (PayPal fee will be added to invoice).
▸ Full payment upfront or split payment for commissions over $80.
▸ Split payment is 50% to start, 50% after rough sketch approval.
▸ Full refund if I haven’t started working on the commission.
▸ 25% refund if I started rough sketch before approval.
▸ No refund after sketch approval.}
